Fair tenancies, fair deposits

Our tenancies meet all regulations regarding fair contract terms and are clear and easy to understand – no legalese!

All deposits are lodged with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS), a government-regulated body, which means that your money is kept safe throughout the tenancy and we cannot deduct any money at the end without it being approved by you or, in the case of a disagreement, the DPS Arbitration Scheme.

Check-in/check-out

We will be there to check you in to the property so that you know where everything is and how it works and deal with any problems there and then. We will also do a personal check-out with you at the end of the tenancy.

Free emergency call-outs

You can call us and leave a message at any time of the day or night and we will respond within 24 hours to all calls letting you know what we will do to sort it.

Emergencies will be dealt with within 24 hours!

With 25 years’ experience of letting, CBR Property Management are used to dealing with all the problems that can crop up the first time someone lives away from home. Unlike some other agencies, we don’t see tenants as the problem end of the business. We want you to enjoy living in your new home and we will sort any problems out quickly and efficiently.

We have a reliable team of contractors and we make sure that you know how to use the equipment provided. At the start of the tenancy we provide a House Book which lists local information you may need, provides copies of equipment instructions and a handy place for storing your copy tenancy agreement, inventory, and safety records.
